Rice 1 cup - ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಒಂದು ಕಪ್
Toor Dal 1/2 Cup - ತೊಗರಿ ಬೇಳೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಕಪ್
Moong Dal 1/2 Cup - ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಕಪ್
Chopped onion 1 - ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಒಂದು
Chopped tomato 1 - ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಟೊಮೆಟೊ ಒಂದು
Coriander leaves little - ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Curry leaves little - ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Green chilli 2 - ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಎರಡು
Grated Ginger 1 inch - ತುರಿದ ಶುಂಠಿ ಒಂದು ಇಂಚಿನಷ್ಟು
Chopped garlic 1 - ಸಣ್ಣ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಒಂದು ಗಡ್ಡೆ
Jeera 1 tbsp - ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Oil 2 tbsp - ಅಡುಗೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Ghee 2 tbsp - ತುಪ್ಪ ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp - ಕೆಂಪು ಖಾರದ ಪುಡಿ ಒಂದು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Turmeric powder Little - ಅರಿಶಿಣದ ಪುಡಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ

Hai girish bhagya very tasty dish .. its a traditional Muslim receipe. My granny use to prepare this spl dish at home am enjoying dis since my childhood. This dish is well know as KHICHADA......
But our preparation is different we mix all dals like Tur dal. Moong dal. Masoor dal. Chana dal we add mutton kheema or boneless chicken. We add pudina n for garnish fried brown onion slices......
All ur dishes have got classic n traditional touch. Love u both.....
