This is the kind of DT play the Cowboys need, I was pretty hard on Mazi after the Ravens game- BUT, if he continues to play like this I'll gladly praise him. He did have a good game against NY Giants last year.
@@JCCowboysNetwork that was a good film session. It shows his growth. People act like everyone is perfect from rep to rep. But in reality everyone loses some. It used to be that I would see Zach Martin lose a rep maybe once or twice a season. Then last year it was once or twice a game. Now it's two or three reps a game. I know I'm hard on D Law and Donovan Wilson. It's ok to lose. I'm not going to harp on Terrence Steele or Zach Martin losing reps. It's going to happen that vets are going to slow due to age and injury. I wouldn't harp on D Law if he was losing reps. But he's not thinking through what he is doing. Jumping out of your gap and not making the play isn't acceptable. If you take the risk, it has to be because you KNOW you're making the play. Change in defense requires an increase in discipline. I see the kids working to be better, I need to see our vets doing the same... Just like Mazi is. Remember, every time we see an offensive lineman on Hendricks or Overshon, it's almost always a failure by someone up front. Mazi is not supposed to make plays, he's supposed to break things and force people to dedicate blockers to him. As long as he's pushing his man or holding his ground against two men, it forces the RB to turn and it will force the QB to move around out of the pocket towards the rush. You were on point about him getting washed sometimes. But I think that is where he has to learn technique and get more experienced. Sorry man... I was sleepy earlier. But keep doing what you do. You're doing it right.
@@JCCowboysNetwork I'm gonna agree that it's anDak game. But this is a McCarthy game even more. We need variety to the offense. We need good use of our weapons and taking advantage of weaknesses on the other team
The last video Mazi was clearly getting doubled and everyone wanted to blame him when Kendricks was slow to fill. The second play in this clip shows what should have happened. He is clearly doing something right to get doubled
On that last play of Mazi, bump that 😂😂I like that Micah was right there in play to stop dj & was still able to make the tackle on the runner!!!!! This Micah is exactly what we wanted spy that qb …….well now he’ll be FT DE!!!! 🤦🏽♀️
I feel you but it's important to note that mazi was out there doing the dirty work, forcing the running back to go another route. This are the plays they don't talk about. That matters for sure
JC, imo Mazi is in his head , there no telling what all he was experiencing with the DQ regime making him lose weight now told to regain it. He just needs to play ball

Facts bro. He's got to lock in
🔥🔥 film break down
Thanks bro! 🤞🏾💯
Brotha JC, one thing that I can say is that I see progress. He looks like he is taking to proper coaching.
What's good my brother. Glad to see him have a good game.

@@infinity818425all good fam. Appreciate you. This is a dak game tonight bro. Sound ball will be critical

Let’s go!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
🤞🏾💯
We lack DT depth especially at 3-Tech. While looking at draft prospects Deone Walker out of UKentucky caught my eye. My new 1st round favorite.
Bro you already know I'm going to go crazy with the college all 22 coverage this offseason. I'll keep that name in mind bro

Yeah bro. Eating up those double team blocks and holding your ground is critical. These linebackers should have open lanes to ball carriers
Seeing as the Steelers have 3 backups playing offense then Dallas needs to take advantage of that and blitz more. Dallas could win this game.
I believe so too. I love when they all count us out. That's when we show up

Yup, Playball, and lock in you are absolutely right
