They will invade a server that runs non-stop but doesn't have anyone logged into it. The frustrating thing is the villagers will be fully equipped but do nothing to the invaders.
Does the fever meter bar have any significance to when you're prone to being invaded? If the bar is full does that mean the invasion can happen but you don't know when or is it completely random?
My invasion the spy was 2 shot, then the rest of the invaders just randomly appear around the village over time, no chance for the wall to block them or to stop them as they run in, they just appear next to a chest or a building and start breaking it. To sum it down, I spent 1.5hrs running around my village spamming Q hoping I can intercept before they break something. What is the point of walls if they just randomly appear? I've got a beach house with multiple paths into it, so it's not like I was trying to cheese pathing
Are you sure there's no gaps anywhere? When my base gets raided they always travel from a nearby camp or outpost and can be intercepted. They usually wail on the walls with rams.
@gloaming4247 they appeared in a closed door bedroom on the 2nd floor of my base, I'm going to try the traps thing for the next one, got enough materials to line the entire floor haha
@@AusDespoiler1could just be a glitch, I have my bonfire on a 3rd floor tower and they path towards it fine, tho I have had wild animal attacks just spawn next to it though. Quite amusing to hear a ruckus then use xray vision and look upstairs to see outline of 3 dogs get destroyed by tribesmen that must have PTSD from wild animals materializing out of thin air
I'm not sure about damage of traps outside bonfire range but the sticky traps affect me or the tribe if they are outside of the bonfire range but not within. That's PvE server anyway.
This is the mechanic that I cannot understand fully. In Conan Ex., the server setting is pretty easy to do, I enjoyed the same mechanic. Here we also have that setting but the main issue for me here I already put the slider to max for heat gain but still am already weeks playing the game in single player, and the bar havent reach half of it. When is this going to happen, when am already a grandpa. This one of the issue you will encounter in SP, unlike a server that it is continously open heat gain doesnt stop.
can confirm u take dmg with them out side of bonfire on pvp servers also I hope its fixed cus ive had it spawn on top of my base 3 times all lvl 50+ destroying alot of benches chests killing tribesman to the point I almost quit
Yeah I dunno I just play on my own server with a lot of this stuff turned off. Soulmask is a pve game. I don't see any benefits really playing on official server.
I don't play PvP, but maybe corrosion tanks and a hammer? Fire tanks for the wood ones. Doesn't seem like it would be an issue really, I mean what do you want, players to just build bases with foundations only so you can marry on in? 😂😂
Thanks a lot bro, this tuto was very helpful
3:56 What did you do? This is some kind of buff or what? You cast glowing buff to yourself? How did you do that?
That's mimicry from the mask.
@@wak4863 Ah, thank you! Happy upcoming holidays!
Nice info. I'm really enjoying this game

Are the ballista not good for this? Also do they only attack a gate door? If I have one entrance, will they always come there?

So all the tribesmen I have in my base outfitted in good armor and weapons are just useless in an invasion?

i really wish they made the invader level match our progression,
i want my base to become a fortress instead of just a village

So does the scout ever respawn? Mine looked funny at the base and accidentally killed him
Fever based on SIZE of base too I think

They probably only hurt you or your tribesmen with pvp enabled (when outside of bonfire range)

They spawn anywas on the top of the Base for Cliffs bases.!
the fact you can just spam these spikes everywhere is just ridiculous.. how are you supposed to do any raiding in this game
On officials there is a limit to them per bonfire.

@@Flipper-u5y No I want a limit on certain structures so we don't have to deal with a shit mess of spam. Fairly simple concept.
