@@EcuadorShoresRealty Right now I'm struggling with the reality of an apparent arduous trip to Cuenca from Calgary Alberta. It's been very frustrating because the flights can have long waits along the way, plus a drive to Cuenca, not to mention Manta (!) or a long wait to fly. This can also be problematic if there's a need to go back and forth to Canada, especially if we started for just a few months in the winter. I'd be interested to know how other folks in Cuenca and Manta manage these logistics!
@@EcuadorShoresRealtyRyan, I never realized that Manta is closer to Guayaquil than Cuenca. So maybe it's easier to get to Manta coming in from Canada..... fewer flights and waiting....

According to the seller we are the first agency to promote starting last year. That being said, I think the only reason it is still on the market is that it is not in a new building with all the extra amenities. Manta has a lot of plusses, however, l thought it smells really bad. Fish odor was really overwhelming.
