My intention was positivity & strength. The episode felt like the universe/divine said "nope, this one thought is going to make you uneasy all day." Day 81 tomorrow, it will be better!🙏🏻💞
This was great. Just the right amount of difficulty; I do however have problems with my breathing. I never know when I should be breathing in & when I should be breathing out. It seems to be the opposite way around to gym workouts. I often need more than on breath per movement. Thank you very much!
For some reason I thought this was going to be an upper body video, but I soon realized otherwise! It was actually a pleasant surprise. I really liked the bits at the end with all the pulsing. :)

Now that was a lower-cising practice tonight that got the blood flowing through my shaking legs! ☺ You put together yet another master piece of a practice. I cannot believe that there is only 10 days left 😢 feeling a bit sad. Sunshine and butterflies to you! Until tomorrow

I haven´t had one day off since I started the 90 days and Iove it! My day just isn´t complete without a yoga practice :) I´m secretly hoping on a new 90 day plan in 2016 :) :)

This was so amazing, and it had some new leg exercises that I have never tried before! I always get to so excited when there is something new in a flow or workout that I have never tried before, and it made it all the more fun. Thank you :)
