I grew up playing these county courses and I’ve played all of them dozens of times each. I’m so excited you guys came over to highlight these gems. Especially Mohansic- its back-9 rivals some of the hardest courses I’ve ever played, public or private. That course is awesome. The Hills is nice, but it wasn’t designed like most of the other parks courses, it was purchased as the former private corporate course of IBM. The county bought it when they split and made it the “flagship.”
I know they're not top-notch courses, but would love to see you guys play some of the other county courses as well! It's always cool watching other people take on courses that im very familiar with.
I've played this course enough to know to avoid it when I'm not playing well. I'd rather save a few bucks and play Mohansic. Check out James Baird GC upstate. It's a muni designed by RTJ and has an incredible stretch of holes on the back 9.

Take a ride up to McCann Memorial in Poughkeepsie for the best kept 32 dollar muni I’ve ever seen
The Griff is great! Pelham bay and split rock as mentioned are great tracks in west Chester!

This course is extremely challenging! I enjoy the aesthetics of this course, but haven't enjoyed playing it
Don't enjoy hitting an iron off the tee on so many holes. Esp the par 5's.
That first putt was super deceiving. It didn't break nearly as much as the other line in the dew showed.
Is there a cringier moment in every video than when Frank tells you to “smash the like button.”
