For real though, I’ve been impaled by Imperius lots of times by a spear that shouldn’t have landed. He’s got serious hitbox slop that makes sloppy players look good. Obviously not what happened here though. Fan’s sheer force of well curved that spear.

Me and my buddies have a common complaint about Imperious's spear hit box being more like a snow shovel than it is a spear. And of course, it's almost always the opposing team's Imperious.

Pretty sure it's the geometry of the terrain you jump over that's making it weird.. something about the angles of travel and/or terrain surface makes the game pivot your character(and possibly enlarge the hitbox.. who knows). There was another funny looking one at 12:55 too and again he was jumping over terrain, in contrast he missed a spear on sylv at the end that was pretty close but normal, there was no terrain this time.

I don't think Blaze of Glory second part ever works before 20, because after the spear stun you will land an AA first before the blaze procs. So unless you hold your AA after stun, which is dumb, blaze of glory won't bonus from the marks, it might get 1 mark from the E fire though.

You can kinda see it 14:40, you might have to delay autoatk a tiny bit maybe 0.5seconds but shouldnt be the worst thing ever since they are massively slowed after anyways. But yeah I dont think its the best build.

This is the exact build I use except I take Holy Fervor at lvl7. I refuse to play any other build on Imp.

giga broken. One of the ways to deal with him is isolate him with Cocoon or Maiev Disc and just 5v3 his team. Perma unstop just removes one of the major ways to counter him.
