It's very obvious that Pia Mia stole the track, sound and has almost the same lyrics.
she has actually the only authorized version of the song. The label always had the rights to that song and they can use it however they want. Also the producer made it clear that the rights of the song were pia's

Idk, but the producer of the track has spoken out and even though he started working on this track with Phyno they never completed their work so when Phyno walked out he reconstructed the track and published it but the only authorized version belongs to Pia's label.
