The idea of bettering oneself is universal and not often given time on the big screen. Great movie. I LOVED it. I did the exact same thing when I lived in Oahu, Hawaii. I started running slowly. Scared. I learnes to run the Ford Island Bridge. Then longer. Then I ran my 1st 5k. Being a runner is the best thing you can do for yourself. I just finished the movie. Jillian is a GREAT actress. Now I need to know who that woman was in the end. The real Brittany? Yes, I just Googled it. Lol. It is a true story! The writer/director of the movie was inspired to write this film because of a friend. Brittany O'Neill! Great story. Again....loved this movie! Tomorrow I am going for a run!

I feel like so much in my life too, and I'm happy I'm making a healthy change. I love getting to run
