I found one of these for sale for $15,900 and it has 96,000 miles on it, is it worth to buy it? Are they built to last and wouldn't have problems?

just got my 2007 h3 loving it usa built tough traded my bmw x5 4.6is lost the speed but I don't Evan care....
i own hummer h3 alpha and my father has toyota land cruiser and believe me my h3 eats it in off roading

I don't know about that, because there has been tests done. Top Gear UK tried to test hummer and hummer's couldn't even beat range rover.
