Only PD can't voice ID. Everyone else can.

What this guy did was wrong however people seem to be very confused about voice ID. Anyone can voice ID someone however cops can not use ONLY voice ID as PC for arrest but they can use it as a reason to investigate someone.
Yhea but "it sounded like Mr K." would be fine not an outright statement that it was him for a fact and to the deny knowing who he was when he's stood in front of him makes it worse.
Problem is when ppl who never even heard him , know how his voice sound

The problem is , is that some rando , sometimes annominous person voice ID or height I'd with clear meta, then tell the cops and the cops take that as truth and go on a witchhunt connecting dots. Sure the cops can't voice I'd, but the are basically doing it by proxy

It was, but this is hilarious. Imagine slipping up in RP, then get ocean dumped because of it.
This is much better way to deal with it than reporting the player. It makes CG so much more scary. Mr. K is like the devil, where just saying his name causes him to appear.
