This is why I believe FBS should be divided into 4 divisions of 64 teams. Bottom 4 and top 4 relegate and promote. So even if you transfer to a division II school, that school can still get promoted to division 1 the following year. There is almost no team sport in the world that has 130 some odd teams in a single division. It’s terrible for the sport, fans, and players.
That’s because they have so much more going on. They don’t have time to keep home boy in the TH-cam comments happy. You don’t see Dan Lanning wearing a suit and tie… or any coach. Quit living in the past.

I can’t believe they are getting rid of walk-ons with the roster limit. I hope that decision gets reversed
its just the nature of the decision the court made, if your roster is limited youre going to only have room for guys that've proven themselves already
