I've made this salad, with some variations, 3 times since you posted this. Without the goat cheese the salad itself works great as mealprep for things like salmon and crispy tofu.
I mean it’s good to be mindful of your diet. The current obsession with not caring at all about what you eat and acting like everything is ok is wrong and it’s gonna hurt people in the long run. We should keep a balance in how we eat and balance requires a certain degree of restraint and discipline.
I feel like so many of these creators are trying to be "health conscious" in a way that ruins the food. I'm sick of every recipe having a detailed macromolecular breakdown. I'm sick of every recipe being about trying to make every single thing high-protein, no carbs, etc. Idk, but diet culture feels like it's everywhere. It should be something you intentionally seek out.

This looks great. I love vegetables in general, but I don't often crave salads because I prefer my meals to be warm, especially if it's autumn or winter. I might have to try this someday!

Can I just quickly say thank you for making this. I'm trying to eat clean and nutrient dense foods and the idea of baked salads is game changing! Thank you! 😊
Fall is my roasted cabbage salad time because of you and it’s my favorite ❤ Current obsession- green and purple cabbage and red onion roasted together, crispy leftover garlic rice, and the dressing is a take on Tzatziki with a heaping dollop of Greek yogurt, olive oil, grated cucumber, lemon juice, salt and pepper 🥰 UGH ITS SO GOOD!
I made your roasted cabbage salad with honey sesame red onions last night and it was fantastic! I’m making this salad here tomorrow night! I’ve been cooking your recipes for the past three weeks. About two to three recipes a week! It’s gotten me back into creative cooking! Thank you!
Great!! I had already figured that a warm salad not only tastes better, but is also easier to digest, and no worries about getting a listeria infection. 3 flies on one. Only had not imagined a sald so beautiful as this one..I can picture a whole new and healthy culinair future ahead😊❤
I just found your channel and made this last night… why have I never heard of baked salads before?!? It was so good and so simple. I added a little crumbled Italian sausage in addition to the lentils because I eat meat, also they were out of sage at my grocery store so I used some rosemary (very good). I found some truffle goat cheese which really leveled it up.
I made this earlier and it was so good. I forgot the onions so I can't wait to try it next week with them. I ended up using very little of the dressing because it's already so flavorful. Thank you.
This is the first time I’ve heard of a baked salad. I’ve had warmed/roasted veggies on cold lettuce. Gonna try this. The cheese crisp on top! My family will love this.
Nice recipe, thanks. Just a litte comment on the salad dressing. A vinaigrette is a mix of oil and an acid (lemon or vinegar), plus herbs and spices or mustard. So if there is no oil, it’s not a vinaigrette. Or did I misunderstand what you said (in which case apologies for mentioning 😅)😊.
I make this every week. It’s great hot or cold, travels well for work, works great as a main or side and is so well balanced. And it’s good me. Amazing.
This channel makes me want to eat veggies

I agree!! As someone who loves veggies but just doesn't like them raw thank you for this recipe!!
you should try out vegetable dishes from asian cuisines. Many flavorful and delicious cooked vegetables.
Vegetables can be too harsh in the stomach when eaten raw. Using Salt you can break down cabbage.
Wo ist denn das Rezept?
Part of the reasons for veggies is to eat them mostly raw. You lose certain nutrients when cooked but a balance is key.
Pls where can i find the recipe (: ?

No you leave them whole in oil. I use avocado oil.
