As a Mexican these tacos are super simple, but really creative and I’m just so fascinated with how he used the caldo to make the tacos red, but adds the pop of flavor of the meat to the tortilla.

I'd give anything to have a life like this. I'm a 37 year old Afghanistan war veteran and I have to sleep in my car and wonder if I'm even gonna get anything to eat each day. I really wish I had been born in a different time. I know this comment really has nothing to do with the video but I'm literally alone 99% of every day and it gets depressing so I just comment sometimes to voice what I'm feeling. Reason these tacos are good , is because normally when buying tacos they make them with the traditional meats like ... chorizo , carne asada , chicken , shredded beef, tongue and tripes. The tacos from Teddy's are made with Birria. Birria is a stew that can be made with either beef or goat. the red soup is just the meats juices which is called a consume. Very good tacos
