Bosch Dishwasher - E09 Error, No Heating
Checked resistances and insulation resistance on heat pump, all ok
Checked the board and mice have damaged the board, resulting in E09, no heat.

Did you repair this pcb or buy new?

Did you test the heat pump terminals 2 and 3rd terminal (red wires) - it should be 20ohms.
If it's open circuit then you get E09. The pump price in Australia is $220 and about 1.5hrs to remove and install/test.
I would give this a go before looking at PCB

I replaced the pcb the board to fix the issue

@@theoracle6005 I have made repair on the pcb, but although it’s filling now, the heater is still not working

Isnt it that there are two relays because the pcb is universal and one relay is for a pump heater and the other one for a zeolite heater? It sounds logical to me... there are 5 pins coming out of the board and dishwashers without zeolite dont utilize all of them.

Well the zeolith is in the heat pump.
2 pins activate the coil and 3 pins - Normally open, Normally closed, and common

Does you unit have a dryer as well ? If so there is an additional zeolith.

If my knowledge serves me right the zeolith is a printed heater around a round metal surround

Yeah you can remove the clips holding the motor housing to see the element. Once disassembled the sealing integrity is compromised and the whole heat pump should be replaced
