Did you use any type of glue or adhesive between the carpet and floor? Looks great!
The carpet is pre formed, so it shouldn’t be necessary, but as I remember (some years ago now) I did use some in a few places to make it smooth. Under most of the carpet insulation are under, so glueing is obviously not an option
