I wish I found these triple lux system videos a couple years ago....or shit even just earlier this year! Man this year alone I have been a part of at least 4-5 rolls that this system would've gotten me paiiidddddd!!!!

The back row is very confusing as well when you count out the chips.

The casino I play at Auto-Buys the 5 and 9 at $20 as well, had to modify this a bit to keep the 5 and 9 even, but I like it.

Put Bets have a horrible house edge, because they bypass the come out roll. Avoid them at all costs. Unless you are playing 5x odds, place bets are better then come bets as well. A put bet is a come bet that you choose the number that is goes to.
Put Bets
In craps, the player may skip the come out roll on a pass or come bet. Such a late bet on the pass and come is known as a "put bet." Much of the value in pass and come bets is in the come out roll, so skipping it carries a high house edge. To be specific, 33.33% on the 4 and 10, 20.00% on the 5 and 9, and 9.09% on the 6 and 8, on a per bet resolved basis.
