Those PSAs reminded me of one i feel was also from Ireland where it was an anti-smoking PSA where a carpenter left his cigarettes under the carpet he just put down so instead of pulling it back him stomps the cigarettes flat. Moments later, the home owners daughter comes in asking if they have seen her hamster. The camera cuts to the carpet with a spreading blood puddle and then the slow fade text of "smoking kills".
