Ingenius. Nice video. Thank you for not having music. It makes it so much more pleasant to watch.
Thank you very much for this video. You talk through the project clearly and at a good pace (without undue waffle like a lot of demonstrators!) The video includes the main points of the construction and it is good that you provide a template. Very useful video and without annoying music - much appreciated! 😁
Thank you for the kind words ☺️🧡
I’m a quilter and I would layer it in this order. Batting , lining, fabric. Then topstitch, (quilt it) then add the last layer of lining and sew around leaving a gap. Would also use a 1/4” seam allowance and only trim the batting and the corners. . After turning inside out top stitch 1/16” around which closes the gap. There are many ways of doing this, this is just another way. The way shown is a great way to do it.
Cool ♥️👍. Can you make a video please ?
@@ucanleaveyourhaton look for Quilt in a day by E. Burns , then look for pillow case quilt. That is the method, you have to imagine the layer order
So cute! This would be a great option for making reusable advent calendars or whatever kind of "get a prize each day" type thing!
Thank you for sharing this wonderful tutorial ❤️
Make this with bright Christmas colors for Christmas ornaments. Put a candy or small toy inside for discovery on Christmas morning.
It’s like a little fabric samosa! So charming!

this is such a clever little project, I hardly ever sew, except mending, and I'm very tempted to try. Also, watching you sew without a thimble....I was wincing.
Thank you Arounna, I plan on making this with my two grand children what a wonderful sew along to share making a beautifully hand sew project. You are so kind to share it with us.

Lovely little onigiri pouch!
This project just popped up on the Explore page on my Instagram. Thanks for the template and video…I’m ready to follow along and make my own 😊
An excellent explanation with very clear instructions. Many thanks and am looking forward to trying this.
Nice 😊
It's so slowly done! Even being put on double
But i like it's done by hand stitching! Very charming! Thanks
Really liked your tutorial want to make some of them !
This looks like it could be sized up or down easily. Basically it's just three squares. As long as you make the three squares exactly equal in size, it should work out. Not that you'd want a really big one, probably. Very cute.
Ok I was wrong about the measurements. But, still, soooo cute.
Wonderful and useful little project. Thank you so much ♥️
You are so welcome 😊
This would be a nice project for sashiko embroidery, too.
I saw one of your projects posted on Instagram, and followed the link to this page.
Thank you for the clear and interesting instructions. You create some really nice things 💖
And I will begin creating this handbag over the weekend 😄
Thank you!
Superb for gifts
Geniale❤
Gratidão!!!❤
Looked at your channel following a recommendation from Arty farty Annie. Very pleased I came. Thanks for sharing this cute bag. ❤👍from Somerset UK
perfect for little treasures, and you can hang it on a hook too!
That is a really cool project 💖
I found your channel 'by random' ok, no such thing as random, I needed to learn from you 😁
new subbie
Thank you
What a great little thing!! My arthritis would not allow all the hand stitching though I love that look so much. I have lots of bits of fabric and can adapt this easily. I wonder if a cord lock would allow you to use this as a change purse? Thanks so much, this will make a great gift for my sisters.
Idk if this is where to comment about the adjustable desk, but I will give it a try 🙂
❤
I would love to make one but I don't have a printer at home. Is there anyway you can provide the size? Thanks for always sharing wonderful projects with. us! I LOVE everything you make!
😍
love this, i do no have printer can some one tell me what dementions are, thanks
This is so great! Thank you for a great pattern and tutorial.
Hi, thank you for this tutorial and especially the template. Is the line on the diagram the cutting one or sewing one? Thanks
you're welcome, yes the template includes a 3/8 inch seam allowance so cut along😊
❤❤❤😊
What a cute little pouch ~ great tutorial. Thanks for sharing ❤❤
Is that a washable or permanent glue stick that you're using? Thanks for sharing this! I already started to work on one.
Oh this is so clever. I have everything I need to get started on this tonight. Thank you so much!
Yeah.. Me too. 😀
I'm really keen to try this! Do you have any idea if it can be scaled up a little?
Yes just scale it up on the printer or manually by evenly increasing the measurements 😄
Sooo nice! Thank you! May i ask you two little questions? 1. Which indigo-sewingyarn do you recommend and 2. does the glue not make your sewing needle sticky and hard to sew?
I don’t find it to be an issue, if you have issues you can use pins or do a basting stitch - I use spagetti thread from Wonderfil 😄
Thank youuu!! I think, i’ll just give the gluing one more chance, because it looks so nice, when you’re working with that 😂 thank you for answering 🤗
no se inglis jajajj desde Uruguay ❤gracias !
Hello @bookhou or anyone else- do you know the outside dimensions and the size of the cutout? I don’t have a printer😢
