In this video, I walked around Oymyakon with some local Guy who also helped them to find accommodation. I reached there by Hitchhiking from Yakutsk and it took 4 days to reach there. Oymyakhon is the Coldest Inhabitant place on Earth with Minimum temp ever Recorded. I stayed with one of the locals and I got very Warm Hospitality in the coldest place on earth.

I live in tropical place, and the coldest temperature that ever happened in my town was 12°C.... That was fucking cold.. cannot sleep without socks, sweater, and thick blanket 😭😭😭😭 y'all in the frigid zone are awesome!!!!! 👍 Keep yourself warm, folks ❤️

Wish I can travel to all the extreme places and places in between. 😊😊 Yes, i.mean strictly back packing kind. Not the 5-star tourist kind and hopefully on my bicycle and on foot or at max comfort may be electric assisted bicycle or motorbike.
BTW I haven't done anything so extreme till now, even though went on for a EBC trek on a way to under-prepared budget (due to my friend and wildlife warden who was incharge of the whole area then) and with so less time that I made it a distance of 6 hours away from EBC and escaped death due to cerebral oedema (HACE), which I figured only much later.
Real concerning adventure began after that when got stuck in Lulla for 2 days, escaped on a 2nd last flight out of Lukla (no flights happened for another 13 days), missed my flight to N.Delhi and took a 1200 km 40 hour bus ride in a worst possible condition of cramped sitting in driver's cabin that was smoke chamber of sort with soaked shoes and socks.
Overall enjoyable trip as the wildlifer in me got satisfied for a long long time.
But, I agree with him on the local adaptablity part.
I have cycled back to home in 46°C outside temp and N.Delhi's terribly polluted trafficky atmosphere at 6:00 PM in evening and may be even more at afternoon. But I was fit and fine without any problem
Now just 7 years later sitting at home for 6+ months I just tried walking with my cycle (flat tires) for 1.5 km, got tires filled with air and cycled back and I had a vaso vagal episode - in a place that is famous for its AC climate on a 900 metre high plateau based city.
