SC2 was pretty much the peak of openers for the franchise, I cannot be convinced otherwise! XD

Soul Edge's opening is so 90s.
You skipped the extra intros for SC4. Yoda, The Apprentice, and Custom Character.
When the intro starts, I said to my friend "push any button and your life ends here" hahaha

Sc 2 and sc3 had the best intros. Everything went down hill after, lack luster
They dont make intros like that anymore
Wish they would just port the entire series to pc so I can have the entire collection, I don't care how old the first one is, still a historical piece of gaming.
At this point its outright criminal there is no port yet to preserve it.
(and yes, I know you can emulate them, but I don't care, I want to pay for them to support the developers)

3 and blade are the best in the series. 6 comes close, but only because some songs are pretty good
For me, the best one is sc2's and soul edge's as a close second. 1 was really good too. But all the intros became worse and worse after sc2's, until sc6 that has no intro at all.

This SoulCalibur I intro is not the default one... someone edited it and most characters have either been replaced or are misplaced. Strange to see this here.

Man.. soul edge and soul calibur 1&2 are the best openings.. course I grew up with soul calibur as a kid.. :) I played the Dreamcast GameCube and Xbox versions.. but other then that 😅 love this video! :)
The Soulcalibur openings really peaked at Soulcalibur 2’s opening. The others just never reached the same level before or since
Soulcalibur 3 is not that far from that quality, if not better so let’s calm down here
