In my opinion, rf is going to be much stronger than LED in a small device like the Venus - if you’re looking to smooth wrinkles. The stop eye is made specifically for the eye area, but you’re not supposed to go beyond the orbital bone. The Venus you can use closer to your eye where dark circles are, so might be better for you. It depends on what you’re trying to treat. I don’t use my stop eye for dark circles. Have you tried to find any Venus before/after videos for dark circles on other channels?
I use nira for my hoods. It works the best there. Venus is LED but not sure how well it works for bags. It didn’t do much for my hoods. You could try Venus for your bags and nira for your hoods. I don’t know that there’s one eye device that does it all. I use microcurrent, Nira, rf, and red LED on my eyes.
I was wondering if it was safe to use the nubalyft around my eyes, I'm guessing this tripolor is at a less frequency made specific for around the eyes so I may need to get both?

It’s only going to be FDA cleared for the areas in the manual. I would check the manual that you can read on the website. Any areas you choose to use it beyond that is at your own risk
