When u go into a chinese restaurant first time, if you want to know how good the chefs and the food are. You should only order fried rice and then you can judge the type of other food. Simple.
If they cant even serve you a well fried rice, forget about other dishes.
Same in western style restaurants. If you have a restaurant, you need to make sure everything on the menu is as good as everything on the menu. And not said apa you ordered wrongly Sir. You should order our specialities and forget the normal menu.
In fact when restaurants have special of the day? Its only when they want to get rid of overstocking of certain products.
