Ser Bronn of the Blackwater has the most charisma, wit and humor than any other character on GoT. Anytime he's onscreen I'm immediately expecting to chuckle at something he either said or did. (And yes this voice is the voice he uses for this pyromancer in the recording) he uses different voices and accents to make it very clear who is who in the maelstrom of characters that exist in this story. Check it out. Its on audible.

I imagine he also fought in the war against the Iron Islands, because when there's a war on mercenaries would flock to it.
