I’m Mexican and I hate the hypocrisy of the government in the way they restricted Six Flags Mexico for make the new coaster because they dated that will chop 157 trees, while a urban train called train “maya” in his construction destroyed 7 millions of trees of the Yucatan’s peninsula
That is a little hypocritical. However, Mexico needs more trains and Train Maya is a step in the right direction. It is truly s shame that this coaster wasn’t built at SFM tho, it would have been an incredible fit.
@@Grasoso69well seeing that the park was slated to get something, hopefully the chain will do something. I’ve never been down there but the park looks incredible and seems to perform very well! I can imagine there will be something down the line.

I honestly don’t get the comparison. The whole track is moving, inflicting the fear of the track no connecting correctly, not the fact that you’re hanging over a big drop
Personally I would of liked to see this go to Kings Island. They need something new and think this would of fit perfect into their lineup seeing that they don't already have a dive coaster. Would rather Cedar Point focus on getting TT2 right. Then announce a brand new CUSTOM coaster in 2025 for 2026 at Cedar Point. Ideally put in a ground up Mack Stryker or extreme spinner for Cedar Point. Even a ground up GCI would do great for the park. The tilt looks great but it is not your typical ground breaking coaster you would expect from CP. The problem is with this installment CP will most likely not get a new coaster for atleast 5-7 years. Call me crazy but I would of preferred to wait a year and get something spectacular then get an off the shelf tilt with subpar stats and two train ops as a apology for the TT2 disaster.
Cedar point not getting a coaster for 5-7 years is literally impossible lol. Guarantee you they will have one in the next 2-3 years while valleyfair goes 20 years without a coaster
I am just curious. Where did you get your information from? I was watching videos early today about this, and everyone was saying they think it was the coaster you were talking about. But you actually seemed to know. So, I was curious where you found that information I would like to look at it. Or are you just in the know?
I’m also just assuming to be fair. But to also be fair, numerous people have said that the tilt going to Mexico was supposed to be the one at Energylandia, and then the track is the exact same color, and it seems the one at Mexico has the same colors
@@richardweltin1047yes, but why would the park bother repainting a ride that is already brand new. It’s easier to just figure out a theme around it. It is more than likely the exact same ride. I also do have friends in the industry who claim it is the same ride.
I hope they have some water elements it’s concerning that the new management stole a legacy six flags park coaster which isn’t a good showing for legacy six flags parks.
Yeah it is a little worrying how it technically was “stolen” but at the same time, there must have been some reason SFM couldn’t build it, no point in keeping it there.
Cedar point doesnt know how reliable tt2 will be next year. If the delay it again and people made the trip to ride the new coaster they would be furious giving cedar point bad press like what is happening with kennywood and steel curtain. Opening this coaster nullifies any bad pad press they would get if tt2 didnt open. They would shift all marketing over to the crazy new tilt coaster and just ignore tt2 while they finish the retrack. Also cedar point is already going to have a insanely large crane on the property so why not kill 2 birds with one stone. Put together the tilt coaster then move the crain over to tt2 to replace the bad track. Another reason could be tt2 will be torn down and this coaster will take negative press away from such a massive failure.
@RADZADproductions it's stress cracks. You can seen the markings all over the track where the old track has cracked. Somebody took a drone really close to the structure and the markings go all the way up. They are 100% going to remove the track if it's cracking is severe. If they just fixed the cracks it would just end up cracking in other spots. That coaster is over 20 years old and has been having heavy trains hurled over it hundreds of times a day all summer long.
The premise that Sirens Curse "Should have" or "would have been better" at a lesser,.more unsuccessful Park that doesn't get as many visitors & doesn't have as many roller coasters is a completely false narrative and in reality makes absolutely zero sense!!!! Take energylandia for existence which is Europe's version of Cedar Point, no one is saying energylandia should have never been receiving this roller coaster because they have too many roller coasters😂😂😂 that type of thinking and rationale is absolutely idiotic, hilarious and again makes zero sense!!! Cedar Point is getting the coaster because it's the King of coaster parks, just like energylandia is the king of coaster parks in Europe. You have to keep adding to these great parks to make them and keep them the giant king parks that they are! By the way, they get way more visitors they have more income and are much more successful parks than the smaller Parks that's why they're being rewarded.... By your reasoning people who don't do anything should be given everything, and those who accomplish things should be punished for it... Now do you see how that sounds???
You do realize Six Flags Mexico is a highly attended park right? Also just because you have multiple kids and only one of those kids gets straight As, doesn’t mean you only feed that kid and not the others. If you want visitors to come back to your properties year after year, you have to invest into them, not just a singular property.
Hoping this and Flash at Great Adventure do well, so we can get more modern large scale Vekomas in the chain.
I hope so too!
