@@harishsidana1498 If you listen the story they tell that the kidnappers didn't took any action on initial days. They didn't call or contact to the boy's family until 2nd November when they send box through Rikshaw driver. The boy was kidnapped on 17th November. So there was a approx 15 days silent period in which there was no action taken by kidnapers so how can police get any clue ? infect boy's father did not tell police that he gave 35 lacs to Pawan and sunil ( kidnapers ) previously. ( may be father was afraid of getting question about source of income and he don't want to put himslef in income tax custody ). Otherwise police may have zero in both and check their activities...
