There are multitudes of fish in water that have yet to be discovered. So why shouldn't there be a fish in this lake that no one or few people have seen?

More likely to be a tidal wave of sewage nowadays . This is a very old film the lake is now filthy.The swimmer statement on the purity of the water taking it back years.
Perhaps the soundings the scientist are doing spread out enough so as to make a large creature aware of it and it swims away before they are able to detect it. Maybe it has a cave

Unfortunately this lake is full of massive eels and stergeons that tricks the eyes to believing ness.
Eels don't have huge bodies, long necks and tiny little heads. Sorry. That just doesn't make sense. Plus there's video. Eels don't come out of the water, vertically either. Too many people have seen these creatures for them all to be lying or mistaken.

Oh, the sound track is annoying me only 5 min in .
The only thing that could make it worse would be an over excited narrator just repeating the same thing over and over again barely trying to hide that they have nothing more to say, just saying it in diffent ways.
But i am one to need a good soild sir David Attenborough narration without much excitment as i find crypited content to try to fall asleep too.
I know its going to be nonsense and that stops me from being to intrested so i can sleep.
