Yay thanks for making my request! Have you mastered the art of a cheese skirt burger? Popular in Sacramento with a restaurant called squeeze inn(not vegan) but I remember it on dinners, drive inns and dives. Highly recommend making this.
Also you could make round sliced vegan cheese from a few good youtube vid's I've seen online. I would try with a funnel cake round ring to pour or cut out, or pepperjack.

Masa harina in taco seasoning? Never seen that before I wonder why that's added? Possibly as a thickener? I've only ever used it in making a dough for something like arepas because it's basically fine ground corn.
A little off topic, but does it concern anyone that if you get a plant-based burger or other item from a place that also sells meat, that they probably cook the plant-based burger on the same grill as the meat, and the fats from the meat will absorb into the plant-based burger?
Cross contamination is a huge bummer, but I don't think it's a deal breaker for myself and a lot of other vegans. I have noticed that my stomach does get upset when I get stuff from certain fast food places, so I might have to change my tune if that becomes a reocurring thing!
FYI for those of us who are trying to make this 2 years past the publication of this video the Trader Joe’s flatbread is NO LONGER VEGAN!! 😢this bread now contains honey unfortunately 😩
I made this and the cheese which I was most excited for was gross, did not taste good, the consistency was unnatural and ruined the dish. I would have liked you to make a better cheese from scratch.

I use ground chia seed for a thickener on cold things like dressing and dips. Works perfect 😇
