Can you get this red in a 40 gallon breeder with the Fluval 3.0 light? Is it strong enough?

Not sure but i think more stronger light maybe atleast 42 watts in above for that size of aquarium with good Co2 and adding aquarium Fertilizers like Micro, Osmocote, or iron if possible, i hope it helps 😄
