If "laws" make a Christian sin more, why would Paul give any instructions? The law only makes sin abound for those who are unregenerate. For those who have the new nature of Christ, hearing God's instructions on how to live shouldn't make you sin, it should make you rejoice in what is good .
Important question. There is a big difference between law and instruction. Paul clearly taught we are dead to the law and delivered from the law. Our marriage to the law was a sterile marriage. It brought forth no fruit. That’s why God put that relationship to death through our baptism into Christ. We are now branches in the Vine. He is the source of our holiness and fruitfulness. Romans 7:4. The branch does not produce fruit but bears the fruit produced by the Vine. What you referred to as instructions Paul calls putting on the new man. No preacher has the right to instruct believers without relating that instruction to our position in Christ. This is legalism, similar to behaviour modification as taught by the world.
