the point. It's all about balancing. The BBC are guided by the tavistock institute. Most people are aware that the BBC are far left and pushing anti white narrative's. They balance that in "you're" mind giving you narratives opposite to that which I just described. Opinions views and perspectives are warped and levelled out so as to extend the longevity of a failing corporation.

    I never cared :
    - I never cared if you were “gay“ until you started shoving it in my face, and the faces of our children.
    - I never cared what colour you were, until you started blaming my race for your problems.
    - I never cared about your political affiliation until you started to condemn me for mine.
    - I never cared where you were born until you wanted to erase my history and blame my ancestors for your current problems.
    - I never cared if you were well-off or poor, until you said you were discriminated against, when I was promoted because I worked harder.
    - I never cared if your beliefs were different from mine, until you said my beliefs were wrong.
    Now I care!

You can pick any large company in the world... people join and stomach the workplace culture, primarily to have that company on your CV, ...and then they leave, feeling they need to highlight how awful it was. They paid your salary and you didn't need to work that job if you didn't want it. Ride it out until it is too much... but the remainder of your career is based upon having that name down on your CV - which certainly gets you an interview if nothing else.

Her ignorance is shocking. Let her go to Islamabad where the national broadcasting service employs newsreaders, journalists and presenters who are reassuringly Pakistani if she's so concerned about diversity. I mean why aren't they prioritizing handsome Josh from Guildford in the interests of anti-racism? Why Saira why??🙄

Her mother sounds very easily insulted by the amount of stories she tells about her and v racist against her none Muslim husband. Some of the stories are shocking.

Let's face it. When Nadiya was in the Bake Off line up you didn't have to be psychic to know she was going to win and be offered every cookery spin off show thereafter. She's the BBC's wet dream. She's Muslim (but not too much), she's pretty and she's not a complete gobshite like Saira.

She makes good points... 'Lack of working class at the BBC' ' People should get jobs on merit'
' Land of Hope & Glory doesn't bother the BAME community they have more important things to worry about. The white middle class think they're doing it on our behalf'
