i had my final exam at university today, i study aerospace engineering. i got this kind of matrix question. it was a 2x2 marix and i done it easily, just came here to make sure ive secured the easy 10 marks
U should sub to studypug , it's actually really helpful, it's as good as this in terms of teaching ( I prefer this though ) but study pug is way more detailed in terms of topics
If there is one thing I despise about math is the... lack of reason for each step. It's just, hey here's some 'matrices and inverse and yada yada' Yeah, just takes this and do that with it. Why? What's the goal? Well of course that'd involve knowing turbo calculus or something. What continuously trips me up is just the random addition of new variables that seem to come out of nowhere. I ask myself, why do we do that? And there's no answer that doesn't involve learning 3 new languages and entire new alphabet of symbols. Meaning it just boils down to 'just do this' which is fine until u just get blasted with new lexicon and terms ur unfamiliar with, which makes me want to define them but no there's no definition it's just- is? Like, what is even the goal? We're finding the inverse? Fine, that's at least a goal of some sort. Why are we skippitylackin the matricial bamferang now??? Arrrgh, i frkn hate math.
I will never understand why my professor taught me the pivot method when this simple of a solution is out there. The education system needs to reevaluate itself
is the total or result still the same?? because in our class we use it like this: [a c] [b d] and yours is like this: [a b] [c d] i mean is it the same result when making it in inverse matrix????
