I've been into making and programming drones since 5 years. First things first making a drone is like assembling lego parts, you just need to have 1) Flight controller 2)electronic speed controllers 3)motors(brush less DC motors) 4)battery 5)radio These are the parts required for making a drone but there is no part where you can use E-waste(mixer grinder) for replacing them, except wires, which doesn't cover 75% E-waste in drone which he claimed. Coming to motion sensor there is no point of using motion sensor in drones coz drones are not stable hence it will always trigger. And coming to 300kg drone, basically it is illegal to fly drones which are more than 2kgs in india without permission from police and air traffic controller. As he told that his drone can lift 300kgs his drone should be weighing more than 150kgs minimum so he might be having some letter from police or ATC for this drone. Some people may say that he might have made custom flight control where he had used some TV circuits but even after doing that he can use few resistors and capacitors which are worth of 20-50rs. Coming to programming there is no part in tv or mixer to program them.
