This is such a very, very fine piece! The best wind quintet piece I've ever heard. Last night in San Jose, I heard the Imani Winds play it live. So glad to find it on TH-cam so I can listen to it again.

This is the first song I heard on WQXR's website. I love your music, and I love this song.
It's too easy to compare the sound to jazz but the piece appears informed by blues that informed jazz from a bygone era. The music is pretty. The music is modern.
