What is the best Foil for me? If you are new to foiling and have no experience, then go for the Jet 2000 foil. From there you can get smaller front wings to help your progression. If you have foiling experience with surfing, kiting, or wake then go for the high aspect wings. These wings are super fast and provide ultimate pumpability in the smallest of waves.

I like the 1800HA with the 310 stab and I weigh 220 pounds. I max out at about 18 knots but it gives me enough speed to make my gybe. It does take some getting used to for lifting up on foil. You can’t pop up too quick because you’ll stall.

Your exactly right, I wish I used the word stalled in the review because that's exactly what can happen if you don't have enough power with the HA wings. thanks for the comment
