Note for others on armor weights(resistances): chest > head=shoulder=leg=feet > arms > belt. Where chest provides the most armor and the belt provides the least. That's why you should always put light (or whatever your lowest weight is) on arms/belt when doing mixed armor weights.

I've really been enjoying this build with slight modifications. I hadn't really been playing for a few months but this got me fired up again. I found that Veiled Heritance synergizes wonderfully with Deadlands Demolisher like they were made to go together for extra bash damage.

a very nice and different build, was looking for something for a 2nd slot on my current dual 2h nightblade and i think this will fit quite nicely, cheers for the build vid hack as always great understandable explanations

I like it, I was working on your new bow NB build and switched to this (I was only level 12) and I wasn't a fan of the bow build. It flows well and I like the Death Knight or Dark Paladin feel to it.
Oh hell yes I love this idea. I think I’ll try this on my Imperial Nightblade
This gave me some great ideas for my frost themed stamina nord warden. The One Hand and Shield damage buffs would work great, with malestrom froststaff on the backbar.
After this I was thinking about trying the Knight set on my Warden tank for Solo fighting... But after thinking about it I don't think that it'll be as useful as what I normally have been using for my frost melee Warden. Increasing the one handed weapon skills won't help the frost damage which is what is really needed.
If you've tried it out in the last 6 months how did it go and what did you actually try?

Hey, Hack. First off, love your builds and videos. Second, I am currently running a khajiit nightblade as my main with dw Tzogvin and maelstrom bow, with Hexos Ward body, and either one piece slimecraw/pale order ring, or two piece balorgh, but I sometimes feel squishy and my stamina sustain is problematic. Any tips on possible gear sets or food?
For sustain are you using both Incap Strike and Leeching Strikes? Also in combat you should get resources back (1k per kill) with executioner passive.
For defense are you using a shadow ability like twisting path to proc your defensive armor buff? I would try to get a heavy Slimecraw helm. Heavy armor actually makes your armor buff last longer on a nightblade.
Seems like a fun build for casual solo content. In all honesty I prefer higher damage build with the Ring of Pale Order for faster fights and better scores in Solo Arenas. To each their own, as long as we are having fun.
With a little tweaking makes a great tank!

While looking through crafted sets for possible alternates, Deadlands Demolisher jumped out at me with substantial added Bash damage. It seems like a great alternative until one gets enough Knight Errant

what is the best build for aoe farm (for example in craglorn)
I was playing the class like that week 1 back then ^^'. However I'm pretty sure hybrid sux on nb. Maybe at low gearing no mythical now because it's true that sns is buffed, wearing some heavy armor is confort and swallow soul gives a bit of extra sustain. It's a bit mongoloid but it's a good starting point probably. Keep also in mind that the aoe sux and AoE is very important in like 95% of what you'll be doing.
What could be a substitute for the bow ?

Love imperial! You actually would have more stamina and health so run all stamina enchants and the damage should be similar

Okay I have two dragonknights but haven't figured out what to do with em yet. My main is a night blade DPS wood elf. Someone helped me fix what another guild messed up previously with them. But now I have zero stamina and my health goes down extremely fast. I was able to finally solo public dungeons without dying, now 2 hits and I'm gone. I was wearing gloom graced everything except hundings legs and boots. With briarheart jewelry and weapons. Now I'm in hundings with Selene's monster set and briarheart weapons. I use theif boon and have braised rabbit and veggies as food. But now I'm dying and tiring out within seconds. Idk what to do again now lol. Any advice??

What about 1 piece magma and pale order? Would that be better than 2 piece monster?
That would be strong too! I would suggest removing Reaving Blows CP star if using pale order and replace with a damage star instead

In the Companion set up you have Bastion with a restoration staff. Does it matter since he is not using any restoration staff skills?

Unkillable? Can not die? Challenge excepted. Solo Gamyne Bandu in Fungal Grotto II here I come. J/K Hack. Looks interesting just have to level a sword n board skill line.
It has more self healing than many other builds with Siphoning Attack, Swallow Soul, Sap Essence, and the heal from the Knight Errant set. Plus the main Spammable being an interrupt I can see it being a build fairly easy to keep alive.

You can always add that to this build. I usually don't include one because not everybody has access or wants to grind those.

Random fact: Magma Carnate can be crafted for our fellow Under 50 players from a tranmute station. For now.. Until ZoS realize and screw us over
Why don’t you give us a basic build for seceding in maelstrom. I haven’t been able to beat it on veteran as nightblade.
Wouldn’t imperial be a better race for this due to their increased in health and stamina and cost reduction for ability

the only impressive thing about this build is the fact that you do decent damage, otherwise, most tanks aren't killable and have better stats and self heals. I myself had to cleanse some debuff that was killing me on mobs yesterday in a new dungeon I never did before, which honestly just added more heals and dispells to me and the group, so I am not that impressed by survivability on this build. I just wish I could do better dps builds and don't understand how my damage is below what it should be, obviously I am 460 CP and not 2000+ like most people
just spam swallow soul on any glass cannon build and you are unkillable as well or just slap on pale order smh
