Theres no increment🦠, ot rates are 1.25 and 1.5 on normal and holidays. Their timings are more than 8 hrs.. if the staff is recomended by one expat management staff he is drawing more salary, less qualufied and allowed to stay srparately unlike their real estate scam labour accomodation .
