Although it isn't the most impactful for your next campaign, the ones after that would greatly benefit from being able to get guilds in your starting settlements. I know you said you didn't want to fiddle with files or mod the base game in anyway, but this would be more like fixing a mistake than "cheating". I'm sure the DaC Discord would have ample resources for this task. I realize that this message might be too late for your next campaign, but there's still time for you to be conviced to do it for the next ones 😉

You got so lucky with traits on that other general, he got them this very turn too. Only thing missing was a master smith instead of regular smith (10% trade instead of 3%) otherwise you had the best retinues I've seen across this campaign for money making.
Interesting suggestion from chat to add a "mining guild" of some sort, this could work as a reskin of the dancing guild from the elves. It avoids boosting their economy a whole lot but it'd be good to have at least a tier 2 for global law and culture for the mid/late game, with a nice population boost for the town that has it.
I'd be fine with it boosting eco a bit, it is dwarves after all. Maybe a reduction to build times, now that would be cool, don't know if it stacks with the other building though.
Nice victory. Continuing would have seen one hell of a boss fight with Mordor. You could overrun Anduin Vale (and you should have so they could experience what happens in every other campaign), Enedwaith and Dunland in a turn or two. You'd overRhun Rhun. You'd have removed distractions from Isengard's war with Mordor. Dale might have done better not attacked by Rhun. Lothlorien should not be fighting Isengard. Speaking of Lothlorien , you do still have Lothlorien to do where you go after Dol Guldur first and unite with the Woodland Realms. But no, you're going off to play Mordor. Once you have great beasts, it's all over. Auto resolve your way to dominion over Middle Earth!
I'd say geopolitically this is your strongest campaign in terms of military I'd say its okay, because honestly Ered Luin troops are really only good for slaughtering chaff troops or Angmar, they are such a hard counter to Angmar. This is however the largest of any campaign though with dale doing a war on all sides Mordor being stalled for like the next 200 turns against ISenguard and Ard Ardenian. Wood elves are weakened by the war against Mordor and despite everything Dale might actually stalemate Rhun.
Khazadum's income could get higher I think with the population not capped and without the armourer I think it could possibly just bump it up to 21K a turn which is wild. I think the reason why the trade is so broken is because the Khazadum bordors a lot of settlements and because of that the trade you can get is ridiculus also I think there were one more trait, the treasuerer and or esteemed merchant trait that could've made the income even higher.
Since mordor is going to be super easy compared to all other nations I would suggest a challenge. Wipe out Dol-guldur to get their nazghul before starting your attack on Gondor. Or getting the ring before venturing out
Why assume Mordor will be easy? The strongest good faction that will get anti player buffs against a player who doesn't get infinite money for spam. They'll have more money, more troops and higher quality troops.
