    A couple of things have happened in my life since I last uploaded, and I've gotten really busy. Because of this, I may (and have) spent less time making cool Doctor Who VFX Stuff, and whether or not this Console Room project-thing could be finished is now an uncertainty.
    I made this draft video a long time ago showcasing how I wanted the story to play out, but now that I may not be able to finish this at all I'm just putting it out here as a sort of memento. 😅
    Even though it's a draft and very clearly unfinished, I hope you guys will still enjoy it 😄

      it was too short.
      i DID enjoy it though.
      Thanks for uploading, patiently waiting for more, if ever.

    From what can be inferred from the interface, the “distance from gallifrey” and “gallifrey not found”, Tardis technology prolly used the planet or more specifically the Eye of Harmony inside Gallifrey as a reference point of travel or its source of its dimension travel capabilities. And the “chameleon circuit not working” means that the Tardis goes through this landing procedure of sorts every time it’s going to land and encounters that error cuz it’s stuck looking like a telephone box instead of disguising itself automatically whereever it lands for like forever and the Tardis just likes ignores this every time the Doctor wants to go somewhere 🤣

    Every single detail is perfect! The music, the lights, the monitor and everything else is perfect! Oh, and the vortex is brilliant. If I had a TARDIS I would definitely have this stripped back approach with the wooden console. Are you keeping this project up, or is it abandoned? I thoroughly recommend you continue, with a materialisation sequence. Love the work! Keep it up!

    But why would it have a human command line? Shouldn’t the boot sequence make more sense to be random looking gallifreyian symbols? It won’t have made sense to us but ain’t that the point

    • @filmicvisuals
      @filmicvisuals 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      It'd make much more sense to have random Gallifreyan symbols, yes. I'm just learning computer science and like human command lines more than vague alien symbols. Not to mention in the show the TARDIS monitor display alternates from random Gallifreyan symbols to pure English, so I took the liberty of choosing my own direction. 😁
