Inside the police scheme helping people get mental health support

Police forces say they're spending too much time with people in crisis who'd be better off being cared for by mental health professionals.
That led Humberside Police to develop a scheme called Right Care Right Person, which triages calls to the appropriate services.
The government wants to roll it out nationwide - but mental health charities are worried there aren't enough guarantees it would be operated safely.
