@@abhishekmaurya6352 let's say when companies shift from Mumbai City to badlapur the people will have to go to badlapur for jobs and some businesses will pop up to cater to these people, seeing that the infra is good contractors will build new buildings which will bring in more residents hence a new Mumbai City filled with concrete jungle and congested. The problem is people looking for jobs far away have to have a place to stay nearby to function, and one cannot just build an office or industry anywhere as the connectivity to other places, basic infra is also important otherwise no use setting a industry there if it can't be run, thats why Mumbai is so popular, it's already well developed infra is inviting companies to set up their hq there. Later all companies will shift to other cities like Bangalore, etc due to cheaper rent.

Places woth high density of population should go for sky scrapers & keep greenary, gardens, natural settings in large parts of land. It will elevate quality of life significantly.

- Outdated FSI
- Quasi centre-state administration ensuring that no one can take decisions.
- Plain-vanila lack of vision na and stupidity when it comes to town planning

#Askpt why indian government didn't make a law to shift the companys headquarters and industries to outskirts of metropolitan cities by giving them time of 5 to 6 yrs and provide companys, industries a better planned area which have 24/7 electricity, good connectivity to cities and broad roads.(That action helps a lot to remove down the rush from the city and polution)So why government didn't apply it🤷🏻
Its already happening since 30 years... creation of navi mumbai, NCR, Electronic cities or IT sez in pune, bangalore, hyderabad, chennai...they are all situated in the outskirts away from old city centers.
@@herambpatkar I am not talking about to make a new city near to the metropolitan(satellite cites).I am saying to make a place where just the industries are there and compare to that a very little population(only for the people who work in industries) with good infra.Highlight I am not taking to make a new massive cities which instead of reducing the main city population attracts more people from all around the country.
@abhishek maurya 4632☺ thats there too ..special industrial zones like MIDC, GIDC and SEZs.
The problem is again the same long commute from residential centers thats why we build new residential areas around them...the aim is to decentralize and spread evenly
It's too costly
At the end, Delhi is captial of India
Delhi was never meant to be a city with tall glass building instead it was a administrative and bureaucratic city and even today Delhi is not made for Jobs or private corporates, that’s why NCR or national capital region came into play, Grugram, Noida, Faridabad etc were part of NCR and have quite the number of skyscrapers though not as much as Mumbai, plus on top FSI of India is very-very low, when world is keeping FSI of 15-20 or even 60 India has FSI of 3!!!! That is also a major problem
Delhi comes under high earthquake prone zone. Which is one of the most important factors
Because Delhi doesnt have land shortage issue like Mumbai. Even Europe as a continent dont have that many skyscrapers maybe except Frankfurt.
Sir ek video ye bhi banana why Mumbai has so little skyscepars as compared to Shanghai Singapore china etc.😂

Average unpadh gawar comparing Europe to India. Have you looked at India's population density? It's impossible for us to have European standard of infrastructure. American , chinese model is more suitable for development
Skyscraper are not necessarily they are need in some places.
Mumbai doesn't have huge area and it's an island so there is limited space that's why skyscraper are needed in Mumbai.
Whereas Delhi has huge area so Delhi people can enjoy big houses in low price.
Are you ready to pay 1 crore+ just for 400 sq feet ? 1 bhk flat in Mumbai is 1 crore+ that's why skyscraper are needed but in Delhi you can have 1 bhk flat in just 30 to 40 lakhs.
Skyscraper building are not needed in cities which have more land area
