The terror of the Chupacabra

Is the blood-sucking creature of the Americas merely a myth, or is there truth in the story? Did Madelyne Tolentino of Puerto Rico truly see a Chupacabra, or did her imagination play tricks on her?
That there were, or still are, beings that sink their fangs into farm animals and not always eat them is a fact.
