      @@MYSSSPH marming slamat po ulet sss...ung calamity loan ko na inapply ko ng aug 11,2020..sumabay na rin kahapon na pumasok sa atm ko kasabay ng salary loan ko..para akong nabunutan ng malaking tinig sa dibdib...ung calamity loan ko 3 days lng..pumasok na agad sa atm ko...wow ambilis tlga..slamat po tlga SSS...napabilis na serbisyo...

    Hello would like to ask about salary loan for voluntary members..di po ba maaaprove ang voluntary member sa salary loan kahit nag advance ny full 6 months minimum contribution. Advice kasi sakin ng company ko since nakabakasyon po ako ngyn kelangan ko daw palitan un member status ko from employee to voluntary nirereject nila ang request ko for salary loan do napilitan ako maghulog ng full 6 months as a voluntary member

    Tanong lang bakit po hindi ako makaproceed sa salary loan ko kahit meron na akong account enrolled sa disbursement. Paulit ulit na Sina Sabi mag enroll daw ng Para sa disbursement account.. Eh meron na nga at active na.. Salamat po sa tutugon.

      Para sa assistance hinggil sa inyong account registration gamit ang Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM), maaari kayong mag-email sa onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph kasama ang mga sumusunod na impormasyon:
      1. Buong Pangalan
      2. SSS Number
      3. Detalye ng inyong concern
      4. Screenshot ng error message na inyong natanggap, kung naaayon
      5. Attachment ng inyong SSS ID o 2 valid IDs

    Ilang araw po ba bago mapunta sa acct yung UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT? Nakataganngap na po kasi ako ng approval email last JULY 20 pero wala pa sa Acct? Help please. Thanks.

      Mabuting Araw Freak and Jerck. Ang crediting period ng Unemployment Benefit ay nasa loob ng 10 banking days mula sa date of approval ng inyong application.

      Nais po naming ipabatid na limitado lamang po ang impormasyon na maaari naming ibahagi sa aming TH-cam Channel, ito ay alinsunod sa confidentiality of records sa ilalim ng R.A. 10173 o Data Privacy Act of 2012.
      Para sa karagdagang assistance sa posting ng inyong SSS Contribution, maaari kayong tumawag sa aming Call Center Lunes hanggang Biyernes mula 7:00 AM hanggang 10:00 PM gamit ang contact no. na 8-1455 (kung gamit ay landline phone) o 02-1455 (kung gamit ay mobile phone).
      Maaari din po kayong mag-register sa aming uSSSap Tayo Portal (crms.sss.gov.ph/). Sa ilalim ng portal na ito, kayo ay maaaring mag-create ng ticket para sa inyong SSS-related concern at madaling ma-monitor ang progress nito habang ito ay tinutugunan ng aming mga member service representatives.

    Question lang po, how long will it take po bago ma credit sa bank account ko yung niloan ko?
    Nakalagay po kasi sa SSS online - Disbursement thru the bank - G
    Nacertify po and approved ng employer at SSS last May 31, 2022.

      Ang crediting period ng aming Salary Loan ay nasa loob ng 5 hanggang 10 working days mula sa settlement date nito. Ang loan proceeds ay idedeposito sa nominated disbursement account ng member sa SSS sa ilalim ng Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM).

    Bakit po ganun, na active napo ang dissbursemeny account pero hindi pa din po makaprocèed for.filling of loan, laging hinahanap pa din po ang DAE

    I have 34 posted contributions so nagadd ako ng 2 contributions para maging eligible sa salary loan. Upon applying, it says na hindi pa raw ako eligible kasi 34 contributions pa lang daw pero nagreflect naman na sa account ko na 36 monthly contributions na ang nakapasok.

    Good day! Gaano katagal ma i post ang hulog ng employer sa salary loan? na deduct na ng employeer ang salary loan pero ang naka post lang sa apps. ng sss is contribution lang po.. sabay lang nman ang pag bawas nila ng sss contribution at sss loan.... bakit po ganun? Salamat sa sagot!! 🙏

    Sa disbursement palang hirap na mag apply two weeks na wala pa dn email c sss. Napakatagal ng verification. Maawa nman. Puro nlang hulog mag balik nman ng konte.

      Upang matulungan sa inyong gamit ang Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM), maaari pong mag-email sa onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph kasama ang mga sumusunod:

    Nagemaip na po ako about sa glitch ng loan ko nagkaron ng 2 existing salary loan po ang account which is impossible Kasi 1 lng ang inaallow nyo per member at renewed lang ang application na ginawa ko sa account ko this just happen this year upon checking sa online for the past year okay naman. Year 2013 pa ung application ng loan na Yun. Twice ko na un narenew at upon checking may balance pa din.

Ilagay lamang po ang inyong 10-digit SSS number, pangalan at complete details ng concern.     Tapos ko na bayaran ang loan sa company ko noong May 25, 2021. Bakit hindi pa din updated ang loan balance ko sa inyo?

    MAGANDANG araw po sa Inyo ng lahat, naka pending po yung aking salary loan Hindi na po kasi maari mag approved yung employer ko dahil nilipat na po kami ng GSIS. Ako nalang po mag Seattle Nyan sa pag bayad kung ma approved po ang salary loan.

    Good day, all is well na po...approved yung loan ko at disbused na din according sa app,with ed na o ang sa records disbursed na daw bakit walang pumasok sa account ko….di ko maiwasang mag isip dahil sa nangyayari sa Philhealt...nag email na ako nag text na din...I follow po sa process to track my loan wala naming reply...simula na nang bilang na ang araw na na release ang pera kasi loan to eh...ang tagal naman mailabas ang pera k hihiraman may tubo.

    Good day! Fully paid na po ako sa aking salary loan, pero hindi ko na po makita sa my.sss account ko ang loanable amount at kahit sa app din po..kumpleto namn lahat ng info ko, since last year pa po ako nka fully paid at wala ng balance.

    I can't process my loan through the app it states I need to change my data E4 info yet there was no changes needed. I can't even enroll my bank account in order to release the loan! So frustrating

    Naipasa ko na rin po lahat ng katibayan, resibo mga screenshot ng aprroved loan restructing program pero wala pa rin nababago o hindi pa rin nawawala sa sss account ko ang loan balance tumataas pa rin ang penalty. Pls pa help po sana ako God bless 🙏

Bago po magbayad ng inyong loan ay kailangan munang mag-generate ng inyong Payment Reference Number (PRN) kung saan nakapaloob ang billing month, amount of loan payment at/o past due amortization (kabilang ang penalty sa mga nakalipas na buwan, kung mayroon man) na inyong nais bayaran. Ito ay maaari ninyong ma-generate online sa aming website gamit ang inyong My.SSS Online Account.

    Mabuting araw. Concern ko lang po yung sa Loan ko . 50% ammortization ko ang bayad sa sa loan ko. Mag rerenew po sana ako kaso nakita ko yung loanable amount ko 32k tapos ang deduction po ay buong loan(28k) ko parin po.supposed to be 14k nalang utang ko.pero bakit po buo parn ung deduction ko. Ang net proceed amount nalang po na mapupunta skin is 3k lng po 😢😢

    Para sakin mas maganda nuon medyo mabilis kesa ngayon..sa ngayon approved na ni employer yung loan mo pero mag aantay kapa 3days to 5days
    dapat ginawa manlang 1 to 3days masyadong mahaba yung pag aantay bago ma credit sa nomineted bank account kaya nga po nag_loan ang tao dahil may pangangailangan,
    Ang makataong serbesyo dapat gaya ng DFA matino kausap walang mura pero sa sss naku parang nais kpa itaboy..

Hindi kasi tugma yung nasa payslip ko at sa website ng sss. ,10,600 something pa dn un sa SSS website at nakalagay dun na hindi nabayara ang january to march ko. pero dito sa company namin 8,600 something na lang .nag pakita naman sila ng proof na binayaran na nila yung kulang from janaury to march. pero hindi pa din nababago sa sss site. anu po dapat ko gawin?

How come hindi updated or hindi prin nag 0 (zero) balance ang calamity loan ko. HINDI PO AKO MAKAPAG LOAN NG CALAMITY.. ITS BEEN A WEEK PERO DI PARIN NAKA UPDATE ANG CALAMITY LOAN STATUS KO..

      If currently employed, you may inform your company of your concern to be coordinated by them to the SSS servicing branch in charged of their records.
      Or 'No Contact Drop Box System' are available in our branches. All documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope together with your complete name, contact information, and transaction details written outside. The SSS branch shall schedule your appointment, if needed, to process your transaction.

      Mabuting Araw Ryan. Upang umayon sa Salary loan, ang miyembro ay kailangan na aktibong nagreremit ng kontribusyon at natugunan ang mga sumusunod na kondisyon.
      1. Nakapaghulog ng 36 months of contributions (para sa 1 month Salary Loan) o 72 (para sa 2 months Salary Loan), kung saan ang anim (6) dito ay nakatala sa loob ng huling 12 buwan bago ang buwan ng application.
      2. Updated sa paghuhulog ng kontribusyon at loan remittances.
      3.Hindi pa nakatanggap ng final benefit, i.e., total permanent disability, retirement and death.
      4. Wala pang 65 taong gulang sa oras ng application.
      5. Walang record ng disqualification dahil sa mga fraud committed laban sa SSS. Para sa inyong gabay at karagdagang impormasyon, maaaring sundan ang link sa ibaba.

    Father ko po ay ACOP pensioner. Birthmonth nya ay April. Pero dahil sa covid, hindi sya nakapag personal appearance ngayong taon. Ang last na pasok ng pension nya sa atm ay noong May. Sa June at July, wala na syang natanggap. Ngayong araw lang po namin nalaman ang option na pwede magsend ng requirements online. Mahahabol pa po kaya namin yong pensyon nya supposedly for June ang July if makapagpasa kami ng requirements this month of August?

      Mabuting Araw G.C. Nais po naming ipabatid na alinsunod sa National State of Calamity bunsod ng COVID-19, ang compliance para sa Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) ay mananatiling suspendido hanggang sa huling araw ng Community Quarantine (CQ).
      Ang payment ng pension benefit sa mga pensioners na mayroong birth months mula January 2020 ay magpapatuloy hanggang sa pagtatapos ng Community Quarantine (CQ).
      Gayunpaman, oras na ma-lift ang Community Quarantine (CQ) period, ang mga pensioners ay bibigyan ng 60-day period upang makapag-comply sa ACOP. Ang hindi pag-comply sa nasabing period ay maaaring magresulta sa suspension ng pension benefit.

      Mabuting Araw Angelo. Sakaling ang tinutukoy na concern ay ang crediting ng loan proceeds. ito ay sa loob ng 7 hanggang 10 working days mula sa petsa ng approval ng loan application.
      Sakaling humigit sa nabanggit na bilang ng araw at para sa kaukulang assistance, maaari kayong mag-email sa member_relations@sss.gov.ph kasama ang mga sumusunod:
      1. Buong Pangalan
      2. SS Number
      3. Detalye ng inyong concern
      4. Petsa kung kailan nagsumite ng application
      5. SSS registered bank name at account number
      6. Attachment ng inyong statement of account na nagpapatunay ng delay sa crediting

    Pa help naman po,
    Nagloan po ako ng SL last 2019 at nagpakaltas po ako ng loan ko sa SL pero natigil dahil sa pandemya. Nagpakaltas lang po ako ulit noong nakapagtrabaho na po ako mula noong October 2021 hangan sa kasalukuyan. Pero hindi po nababawasan ang previous balance ko kasi po dapat matapos na ang payments ko last 2021. Ang tqnong ko po saan napupunta ang pinapakaltas ko kung hindi nababawasan ang balance ko? Sana po matugunan nyo po ang aking katanungan at matulunga kung ano po ang pinaka maganda kong gagawin. Salamat po

    Tanung lng my exact 36 months of contribution po ako sa sss this year yung 5month hulog ng company and ung 1 month ng voluntary ako kpag po b nah ka company ulet ako counted na yun pra sa 6 months na change status as a employed member o bibilang ulet ng 6 na hulog bago mkaloan sa salary loan di n po ba macocount ung 5 months n hulog n employed member kse nag change ako voluntary another 6 months po ba ulet bibilangin

    hello nagsend na po kasi kami ng acop info update via dropbox nyo po sa sss sucat paranaque branch, until now kasi po nakahold yung pension ng mga kapatid ko , nagsend na ako madami pong email sainyo then until now wala pang response natawg ako d ko mareach ung line anong pdeng gawin pa para ma accomodate nyo ung concerns ko ?

    Good Afternoon po, asked ko lang po status ng Calamity loan ko. June 19 po ako nag apply check generated na po sya june 25 po ang check date naka 3x na po ako balik sa post office wala pa rin daw po don ung cheke ko, wala naman po nasagot sa hotline nyo. kapag ang email naman po sa inyo di naman po agad nag reresponds di din maka login sa crm account nyo para macheck ung status ng request

Nais po naming ipabatid na ang Calamity Loan na may check o approval date na June 25, 2020 katulad ng inyong nabanggit ay naendorso ng aming concerned department for mailing sa PhilPost - Quezon City branch noong July 13, 2020.
      Ang inyong check ay maaari ninyong antabayanan sa inyong itinalagang mailing address sa inyong application sa loob ng 7-10 working days (if within NCR) o 10-15 working days (if outside NCR) depende sa inyong lokasyon.
      Paalala: Ang delivery ng check ay maaaring magkaroon ng delay depende sa implementasyon ng Community Quarantine sa inyong lokasyon.

Para sa assistance, maaaring i-accomplish at magsumite ng Member Data Change Request Form (E-4) sa alinmang tanggapan ng SSS via our 'No Contact Drop Box System'. All documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope kasama ang kumpletong pangalan, contact information, and transaction details written outside. Ang SSS branch shall schedule your appointment, if needed, to process your transaction.
      Maaari din na mag-set ng appointment with an SSS branch by clicking Member Info then Appointment System.
