As color themes go, I believe red is for Turbo Granny, Pink for Acrobatic Silky, Yellow for Gig Worker (Japanese Businessman), and Green for Nessie. Also, I’m not too sure, but the theme music seems to change for whenever each one of them appear.
It’s the Loch Ness (Nessie) Monster, the design is inspired by Godzilla though and the shot of it preparing to fire its beam is a direct reference to Shin Godzilla, that’s what the comments last episode meant

Yeah im curious too. A new Dragon Ball Series with really good Story and Animation and there is barely any people reacting to it. Probably because of Lackluster Promoting TOEI did. If not For Akira's Death back in the year, we wouldn't even know Daima was comming at all pretty much with is sad tbh.
They failed in promoting Dragonball Daima to be honest. I didnt keep a schedule date of the anime releasing this season but the hype managed to remind me of Dandadan, re-zero & Bleach episode 1 premier or debut. While with Dragonball Daima I knew 3 days later after episode 1 had debuted I am sure they were hoping that Dragonball's iconic status carried the marketing and assumed that people would flock to watch
