This story by Malladi Ramakrishna Sastry is about a very pious but poor priest. But his indomitable devotion to the Almighty manifests in wealth which satisfies his wife. Having no regard for riches, the priest disappears leaving the heart broken wife.

A lot to unpack here.
1. The man(husband) in the story has no regard for his wife
2. He shouldnt have married if he doesn’t want any responsibilities
3. Wife sure is a glutton and is always nagging which is because her basic needs are not met
4. The apparent lesson is that the wife should NOT have any desires except for the man
So all in all, I applaud the acting efforts but the storyline is absolutely stupid
