After over 3 years our land is being prepared for our manufactured home. Lots or plans changed. I have just gone thru. what you are going thru. We were inour home for 47 years. A huge transition.

We are moved out completely. Today will be our second full day here and Nathan’s first day back to work. We will still be homeschooling.

Wow a pool and a river! Fantastic bonus already for the kids, they will be outside more than inside enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. When one door closes another opens and although it doesn't feel like it at the time can often be just what you needed without realising it. I've said it before and will say it again, home is where the heart is. A house isn't a home unless you are all together so although you are having a tough time right now it will be for the better in the long run. Keep smiling, you got this! 🌻🍀💖

wow..what.a.blessing....family..is..everything......i..had.a.very.bad.upbringing..youngest..of.11....years..of.fighting..because.of.being.raised.in.a.disfunctional..family.....and..at..some.point..we.grew.up..and..i..know..100.%.ican..count..on..my..sisters..its..wonderful....

No apologies needed! One question though- what are the roadblocks you are facing re: living on the land? Do you have permission yet to put a manufactured home on it? I know that was a past battle and wondered if it was resolved. Or is the current struggle supplying the home with the problems of the supply currently? Prayers go to you!
Blessings to you on your adventure!! I am right there with you in Washington State, crazy house market, we looking to build as well. My days are filled with well drilling estimates, pictures of beautiful kitchens (I probably can not begin to afford😂) I am trusting in Jesus, holding tight to my husband as I know you are. ❤
If you submit drawings for a home and matching Garage/Barn….would the zoning allow you to build a garage/barn first, with home to be built later. Usually you agree to certain amount of materials that would be more of materials that would look like s home, instead of garage for now.
I’m confused you guys have had a significant amount of time between being told when you needed to be out and now, why haven’t you found a rental or manufactured home in that amount of time? I mean it’s been almost 2 years right?
No it was 10 months from the time that they told us they wanted to sell. It wasn’t for a lack of trying. The housing market is insane with very little inventory for rentals and to buy a house. We tried but constantly got out bid or houses sold before we could even look at them. Rentals was a whole other story. From the outside looking in I’m sure it looks like we weren’t doing anything. It was (and still is) extremely stressful, all while caring for our family. So I didn’t talk about it a lot in videos (the things we were doing) hope that makes sense
Trust me I get it with the market we’ve moved twice In this housing market with 6 kids- we are Air Force the housing situation is always a total nightmare. The best thing you can do is get a super high speed realtor and let them do the leg work otherwise you’ll never get in before other families.
@@nicolesanders6878 it truly didn’t matter here. We were quick on things and they went so fast! It’s beyond scary. Rentals are worse.

Praying for your family as you get everything moved and packed and adjusting to your families home until you get yours.
After living in the same house for 35 years we moved a few blocks away after our landlord died quite unexpectedly 7 years ago. We threw out at least 3 households out that we really did NOT need. I'll be praying for you...

Moving is so stressful no matter how organized someone may be. Don't forget to stop and take a breath...you've got this. You have my continued thoughts and prayers.

What about looking into barndominiums. Is that a thing in your area. You could build for a large family best to suit your needs

We moved across the country to live with my Inlaws and 2yo for what was supposed to be 6 months but then the pandemic hit and it ended up being 18 months but in that time we were able to save even more money for a down payment and we now have our first house. I hope that this works out for you Jessica and family.

Why do you have to leave the house your in ? Did you sell it ? If you did why when you didn’t have anywhere to go ?
We have rented this house from a family member, due to the increase in value they wanted to sell. The house value doubled over the last couple years.
Your uncle must have a huge home to accommodate your large family, good luck on your move

Just pull the labels off the tubs you are emptying and stick them on the tub that you put that group of items into! Easy peasy! Hang in there!
