Loans, Loans and More loans is the target of pakistan govt. Loans are made so that it is repaid. Pakistan never had any plans for repaying loans other than rollover. thats the crux of the issue. Sooner Pakistan will ask for next IMF tranche and IMF would have total outstanding of $7bn official with arrears of another $2bn. IMF ideally should provide money in such a manner that it gets its loan repaid within three years. Pakistan has total outstanding of $7bn for last 8 years. So what did IMF program achieve. Nothing. if the first set of programs are such a failure, next terms must be even more tougher. But pakistan never adhere to program rules. Then why lend to Pakistan. you put people to jail hoping they will relent and repent. but pakistan is not even admitting mistake. IMF will see $14bn hang in air while argentina repays its loans soon

Bye the way, who is this guy Zaidi, what are his credentials?
It sounds like that he is related to Shabbar Zaidi, former FBR guy, who in the beginning used to convince the people of Pakistan as bout "مران خائن تبدیلی" which resulted in this whole economic crisis and chaos Pakistan is facing today.
This Zaidi also used to be a very vocal supporter of مران خائن and now he is blaming present govt for the economic destruction the was originally created by him and others supporters of تبدیلی
