The light mood changes is an actual thing! Its called seasonal adjustment disorder its very common. It just means that the changing seasons specifically from winter to summer can cause low mood and increase anxiety. You can get these things called SAD lamps that help with it. The end argument with all humanities is that they teach you transferable skills such as critical thinking, analyzing, project planning etc. And there will always be jobs directly related to the skills in your degree but also a lot of jobs that are just looking for your general transferable skills and do not really care for a particular degree
