Your supposed to twist every single band. I don't know how you got it to look like a fishtail. My friends and I did rainbow looming last year and it would be the twisted starter band, just then it would turn out to be a regular bracelets. No fishtail. 😢

I remember during lunch and break time at primary school, these were really popular. I also remember being taught how to do it this way and other kids giving me bands. I literally got a loom and some bands for my birthday and I got so frustrated with the loom I just started to use my fingers.
The one in the video was a Tribal Fishtail - single chain, fishtail and inverted fishtail stitches. An inverted fishtail requires the middle band to be pulled beneath the bottom band, then pulling it over the bands, thus inverting the stitch. ;)
