I love what you guys do and what you stand for. The cottage is my favorite layout, as it has the downstairs bedroom and is just big enough. One thing I would change is that hollywood style light fixture over the kitchen sink. Surely you could replace that thing with something that fits better in that space, giving a farmhouse feel and more pleasing to the eye. It sticks out like a sore thumb. lol With Amanda's decorator sense, I'm surprised she hasn't made that change happen. I would also enclose that front porch to keep the mosquitoes out. But, I think the cottage is just the cutest.

Additionally, it looks like the range hood is right up against the window trim. That corner has the potential to be a cleaning nightmare and even a fire hazard.

I believe modular certification for Tiny Houses in Minnesota is needed as well, and "who better" than Randy & Amanda's tiny homes! I believe the trouble with Minnesota's (so called) code for "modular" implies the "Square Footage" has to be much larger than a normal/average sized Tiny. At any rate, one could do the "Add-a-Cottage" and maybe that would work. MJ
I like RV s the way they have more comforts of home. They have built in furniture and get more for your buck .Your home are quality as far as craftsmanship but very bare bones.
Flip the inverter cabinet to on the floor with the frig above. (Or open that bottom frig door and reach down to put something in bottom of frig, or look into frig without getting on your knees! Practical if you are younger not so much for older or taller people. Just sayin.
Love that Magic Chef 10.1 Cu. Ft. Fridge, I have one in black. It has a decent size freezer for an apartment size fridge. Plus, mine came with a piece that would allow me to flip the hinge on the other side if I needed to do that, and there is a video on Home Depot's website on how to change the hinge, it looks like you may need a hand with changing it around and some tools. Even though the Solar equipment is above the fridge, there seems to be enough space to store some items up there. I love the new panels, much smoother and uniform looking. That closet looks nice and roomy. I would have put a countertop material on the bottom of that bay window and like that it is a bit higher and more scared than on some of the other Cottages. Also, like that the electrical panel is at eye level, and you can get a piece of artwork put some magnets on the back and it would hang in front of the metal electrical panel.
Toilet near shower and sink where toilet is currently. Water heater in kitchen put above washer dryer in that open space, raise fridge for storage under fridge. Turn burners horizontal, give more space to back wall

I live in Chatsworth Ga and there we are talking about whether we are needing a community or somewhere to put tiny homes. But it's not loud . I mentioned that Tennessee and Carolina are accepting them.
Unless those flower boxes serve some sort of practical purpose other than plants, you should leave them off. all they can do is catch water and fall off when you move the house. they are WAYYYY too shallow for any sort of roots system, even cactus!!!
Could you make bathroom wall by shower in front sink open more so you could walk up to sink and shower from bed area so you don’t have to shimmy past sink to get in shower ?
Why does it always be wood finishing. Not everyone likes the wood , make it more modern , paint the walls and cabinets different color. The cottage is a beautiful house, but so much space wasted.
This is my least favourite as there’s no living room and the bathroom shares a door with the washer/dryer! Disappointing layout and compared to some others they do, it’s very expensive.
The more I watch, the more I love this cottage! The wood accents make a night and day difference! So much warmer than the steel panels alone!

Cute cottage. One suggestion is to have front door open out to allow use of every inch of “ living room”.

I believe they said they couldn’t make alterations like full wood floors since it’s built on an assembly line.
ITH can have the Cottage built entirely of wood by the Amish in Kentucky. That is the only Cottage that can be customized.
